Season 3, Episode 1: Hard Things are Hard

Hard things are Hard and don't we all know it!  Welcome back!  This episode is just a little thought to get us kick started for Season 3.  It is an exciting season, full of a lot of guests who will be sharing their own stories of hard things.  They will share how they navigated their life with the hard things and came out of these things strong, capable, and full of life lessons.  Together we will talk about things learned, things they wished they knew and what to pass on the others, and how they find gratitude for what they gained in themselves through these hard things.
